We accept exchanges within 7 days of delivery.

  • The khussa must be returned in its original condition and packaging.
  • The product must not have any signs of damage, stains, or wear.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request images or videos to verify the issue.

Refund Policy

We currently do not offer cash refunds.

In case an order is eligible for a refund, the amount may be provided as store credit, subject to our review and approval.
